I have been smoke free since 1/1/05 !!! Yea to me. It is the best thing I ever did in my life for me and for my family. I no longer feel tied down to a lighter and cigarettes. I smell better, feel better and know I have added so much more time to my kids lives as well as mine. If I can do it after 20 years, anyone can do it.
