Dont give up if you slip,slips are the stepping stones to success,make each smoke free moment a gain in your struggle, each moment proves that you can do it.
we fell down many times as infants before we could walk,we kept getting up.Quitting is like learning to take those first steps,we have many good people here,we will catch you and help you,you only need to supply the desire and determination>
