a co-worker retired and after we hugged each other, she said, "Thanks for being my friend." I think it was Karyn (our angel, see Quit Dates post yesterday) who also spoke thru her to me. it did not hit me until I came home... and then I cried, but it was a 'good' kind of cry, not the real sad kind.

Dear Chin - I am so sorry that I missed your nine year anniversary - What an accomplishment - you must be so ver proud of yourself. I dont really know where the time has flown this summer - every day seems packed packed packed - I don't know how I ever found the time before to stop and smoke (which I did all the time) - You have been an amazing influence on my quit and never stop encouraging others - I too would like to say - thank you for being my friend - You are a true and loyal friend Chin......
