I will never forget the first time I went to the beach after quitting.
It was not easy but I just held on tight and now...
I can't even imagine
smoking on the beach.
The first for just about every thing was hard
but swore to " N.O.P.E."
and as simple as it is...
It really works.

I don't see much smoking at all any more. If there is someone smoking they are very conspicuous unlike years ago when it was common. That makes it much easier to quit fortunately.
