Himself is doing a bit better this morning. I was present yesterday when the cardiologist came in to see him. Here are the problems: he has pneumonia, a blood infection, perhaps MRSA..and a very bad blockage of his aortic valve. Nothing can be done until the infection is arrested...and as he sounds so much better this morning the antibiotics must be working!!! He may be transferred to the VA....but I am doing everything in my power to have them allow him to stay where he is...Sharp is an excellent hospital...and has a great valve replacement team...So keep up those prayers....they help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
