When I first quit smoking I would constantly ask the "oldies" when will I know that I am officially a non-smoker -how will I know?  I knew I was doing very well in my quit but somehow it didnt kind of feel "real".    I didnt feel like a non-smoker even though now in retrospect I was.   Don't let that feeling (or nickidemon) tell you any different - you are a non-smoker from the day you start your quit.......

However, today I realised that I hadnt checked my quitmeter for about six months - at the beginning I was there every day watching that money grow and the number of cigarettes not smoked grow.   Imagining them all lined up...  Playing little games with my stats.   Of course, I was at QSJ most of the day too - keeping an eye on things and looking for inspiration.   So now, I FEEL like I am a  non smoker - so it does happen.  Again, different for everyone.............

My question is this -  I would like to reinstall my quitmeter - just for interests sake but cant remember the name of it (that's how long its been since I used it)   Please let me know which is your favorite meter and why.   I used to like the one I had because it had milestones and used to make mini awards on special days...........

I have something on my profile page here, but I copied and pasted from MySpace a long time ago (no MySpace anymore, I just used that to keep in touch with number one son while he was over seas in Army)

It is amazing to watch the stats grow...I will check back later and see if someone has a good answer, I might want to load a different one, too!

Hope your sunday is nice,
Barbara
