Things are good i feel great
I'm no longer engaged, but i feel it was for the best i feel free again,

In February i went to Mexico on vacation and it was my first since i quit, Amazing experience..
Smelling the fresh air, walking all over and not running out of breath, and not ready going crazy on the plane.
It was a great trip.. all i can say is quitting is the best thing i've done
I cannot imagine being able to do the things i do now, if i still smoked..

i hope everyone is doing well and keeping quit.. and i can say it gets better and easier every day , but never give in and go back to that nasty habit,

I look at old photos of myself, with one of thoes ugly things in my hand or hanging out of my mouth and think what a dork i look like ...

I love being free
