happy super bowl Sunday all....I'm sure there will be lots of stuffing of the faces today, but not for me....I've lost about 5 and a half pounds in one month....I'm very happy about that....and so it goes on...Hoping all of you football fans enjoy the game and the day....New York is a bit crazy today........Not strange for our town..I thought I would share my stats on this super Sunday...117 days since I quit, $1521.00 saved...and a whopping 1755 butts down the drain....and not my drain I might add....I am very very pleased with myself...Quitting smoking is just about the hardest thing one will ever do, but one of the most important steps to take in your life...It frees you from evil...It keeps you in check with a healthy life, and it helps those that love you be proud and love you more....They are happy they won't lose you....So keep you quits, and keep you health...without it, there is nothing....Save some wings for tomorrows lunch to keep the feeling alive....Ciao my friends...
