I'm Wondering --

on this Wednesday if I will live through this wretched summer. I know it's been hot pretty well all over the country -- here we have both heat and humidity -- a terrible pair, I say. But yes, I will live through it, grumbling a bit here and there.

Ah, that is hot it is -- burning red heat!  I think the heat has gotten to my brain which feels fairly fried.

 OK I am going to "land" and get over my grouchy self. I am enjoying the Olympics thoroughly, though I could do without all the over-hype on the part of the press. And I have been busy -- completely changed about my little studio apartment yesterday, with a young person to help me with the lifting. I like the results a lot.

Very busy with my residents who are famous for calling anytime day or night and wanting instant service. I try to comply, as that is what makes me popular with this set. My daughter has started her serious dental work, so things are moving along.

Just wanted to stop and say hello. Wondering what You are wondering today!

Can't complain about the heat in my neck of the woods, it's been a very nice summer here in New England.  I have been enjoying watching the Olympics, but you're right about the press, they try to drum up drama where isn't even any!

RYN, TechTeacher and I just happened to quit on the same exact date, it's nice to share the day with her and so many great quitters!

I am not wondering anything today
except I have a Dr appt in a couple hours
and am wondering how that will go
we are used to the heat here,
as used to this kind of heat as one can get
I am always happy when Aug gets here
although it is usually the worst month
it signifies the end is coming

I'm with you Charry Lou, I hate the heat.  We have the same sort of weather here in the summer, heat and high humidity.  Fortunately here at the moment I am enjoying a nice cold winter.  At least its cold in the mornings and very pleasant during the day.  Wish it could stay like this all year round.    I'm afraid I could probably win the race when it comes to complaining and grumbling about the heat during summer, I moan and groan until even I get tired of hearing myself.

I'm wondering whether I should get off my butt and go do some gardening - have to think about that one a bit more.

i do not mind the heat so much , its the humidity LOL- that is what we always say around here LOL!!
