Thanks to everyone who wrote about my post. I know that I can just start again, but having a hard time seeing the end of starting again and being a non smoker forever. Just frustrated I guess.

You can work through this Danielle...and when you are ready you will quit again....we are here for YOU....and you must let us know when you just feel like you can't take the Quit anymore....we will try and help you through...!

I totally know what you mean.  But we cant think of it in terms of "forever" yet.  For a while, we just have to think "today"

Then after a while, it wont be so hard to think forever.
