After several false starts, I am ready to have my quit back again. I NEED to do this, more than anything, more than ever.
I have had a rough patch for some time now, but I have never given up the desire or determination to be completely SMOKEFREE.

Dawn, how great to "see" you here again. It's been a long time....
You can do this, just like I did, and all the other "oldies", who have left, because they did it and do no longer need the support. If you want this quit very, very much, you can do it. You know the drill, so FOCUS.......step by step and believe in yourself!
Hugzzz and Good Luck. Congrats on your stats, one week is a fantastic start of a smokefree life.
