Wow, I am so glad to be home finally and in my pajamas.  Today was just one of those days.  I had wanted to leave work on time so I could get a certain number of things done after work, but as luck would have it,  I ended up getting out of there about a half hour late, and that got me feeling a bit anxious.  There was a time when I would have smoked to take the edge off, but since I don't do that any longer, I was feeling a bit out of sorts.  I finally just decided that I would have to take something off my to-do list.  Now I'm home and feeling less overwhelmed, and really, really glad that smoking was not part of my day today.

So, laundry will get done tomorrow.  I will have to be creative with my wardrobe tomorrow, and I'm not entirely sure hubby has clean underwear or not, but he's a big boy, he's knows how to handwash.

Getting ready for our move at the end of the month.  I think moving always comes up pretty high on any list of most stressful things to do in life.  I think for a devout procrastinator like myself, the toughest thing is not feeling like I can put things off until another day, it's all got to get done by a certain time.

I will just try to get as much rest as I can, and remember to eat right.  It will all get done.  I know smoking would not help in any way, it's just an absolute illusion that it could in any way.  In fact, I will get so much more accomplished without that awful crutch getting in the way.

Whew, tired, I will call it an early night, tomorrow is another smokefree day to look forward to!

Peace to everyone, and thank you for all your support.  Stay strong in your quits!

From one procrastinator to another, I know just how you feel.  I'm in the middle of packing up, something I hate doing, but have come to the realisation that I just have to get stuck into it.  Fortunately today is a public holiday here in Brisbane for our Exhibition Day holiday so at least I have a day when I don't have to go to work and then come home and pack.  To think when I was a lot younger I could pack everything in a couple of days - now it takes much, much longer.

Congratulations on your 16 days and yes, life does get much easier without that need to feed an addiction.

It WILL all get done!
After the kind of day you had,  I think you did the right thing!!
Stressing over not getting everything done on your list...
would only cause you to crave big time!!
THE most important thing on your "To Do" list is...
NOT smoke!!
Congratulations on 16 Days of Freedom!!

I chose freedom on: 2~3~12
