So Monday will be 11 months for me. I can't hardly believe that it will be a year since I quit smoking on May 30. My dog is doing better now. His energy level has started to pick up so we will resume our walking regimen today. He doesn't even feel it when I give him his insulin so all is great around here. I have to check his urine every morning and give him his insulin every 12 hours. Had to change his food and eating schedule because I have to make sure he eats with his insulin. It seems like a lot but it really doesn't take that much extra time out of the day. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I will be painting the kitchen this weekend, fun, fun, fun!!
NO SMOKING!
I WILL STOP SMOKING THIS TIME FOR ME AND MY HEALTH.

very happy to hear about your dog! Our little friends are so dear and worth the extra to keep them healthy and wagging their butts!!
Congratulations on the quit! That year went by fast! (always when you're watching someone else, huh?!) This will be a wonderful even to celebrate every year, and this year the party shall be in a spaking new, lovely painted kitchen! Great planning!
