I have now stopped smoking for 2 years, 2 months, 1 week, 4 days, 58 minutes, 40 seconds. That translates into 36,091 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $9,022.96! At 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 4 months, 6 days, 7 hours, 39 minutes, 10 seconds.
It's been ages since I looked up my stats. 36k cigarettes is CRAZY! Not to mention the money I was throwing away.
Lot's going on here and can't read and post just yet, but wanted to say hello.
Have a nice weekend everyone and continue to hang in there! You CAN do this!
