Hi there Dewey thanks for your note, im down south Hackham West Adelaide, I have been getting checked every year for , I think past 5 or 6 years, then got positive reading.
Now back to yearly checks, Colonoscopy every third year, lucky I got on top of it early, only us aussies can see funny side of such things.
Went in for Colonoscopy first time, female doctor comes out, introduces herself, says: its an all woman affair today, how do you feel.
I sadi great, only place i know that has a tight arsed budget, provide pj's with no back, service is good though, get warm blanket, free drugs, and lunch when you wake up, she laughed.
Went into operating room, how do you feel she said, I replied I am a bit worried, when you give me drugs is it lights out, She about to stick needle in me send me off to nod nod land, I said HOLD UP A MINUTE, she remarked, whats wrong are you ok, I said NO I AM NOT, then i said remember this" If you find any diamonds or gold rings up my arse, they belong to me, ok lets get on with it lol
She doubled up laughing.

Thank you. I do not know if you get Dr. Phil in Australia. I do not agree with every thing he says but he does make one good point. That is you have to recognize a problem before you can resolve it, I know how I put the weight on and how to take it off now I just have to learn to keep it off.
This may be the time I am actually enjoying the process, learning just how good healthy foods taste and developing good habits that I can continue with when I reach my goal weight. Ihope you are having a happy and healthy 2012
