Hi my screen name name is DMINOR3, I have been smoking for 10 years.
I am now smoking PALL MALL brand and 25 cigarettes per day,
at my worst I was smoking PALL MALL brand and 40 cigarettes per day.
I want to quit smoking because MY LARNYX HURTS.
I started when I was 18 years old and have tried to quit 0 times before.

 You’ve made such a smart decision.  The people here will give you great suggestions and a lot of support.  I spent a lot of time here when I first quit.  I would not have made it without QSJ. 

It’s not easy but it is so worth the effort.  Hang in there.  We will be here to help you.

Welcome.  I'm a "newbie" here (45 days) but you will find all the support you can ask for and them some.  You commit and everyone helps one another.  I used the patch and found it very helpful for a couple of weeks then went cold turkey.  Keep busy, drink lots of water, and what ever else you find helpful. Post often and read others postings for inspiration.  Good luck!
