But SICKORETTES STINK MORE!! (way more )  lol

The withdrawals are a rite of passage into this inclusive club, called Escape from the Smoking Trap .  Besides this is 100% true: no one ever died of the craves, but have died from not escaping the trap.  

When the craves hit real hard, come on here, read, post, read, post rinse and repeat...
* Take a HOT bath, hotter the better and stay in there until your skin is like a prune.  It really helps with the anxiety and muscle tension (plus ya can't smoke in the tub or shower lol) but seriously it does help with the anxiety.  The first week of my quit, some days I took like 5 baths, did whatever worked to stay free.

* I found that taking Ativan 1mg per day for the first 2-3 weeks helps and is safe in that dosage and for that small length of time.
