I have been quit for 1 Week, 4 Days, 21 hours, 49 minutes and 56 seconds (11 days). I have saved $66.97 by not smoking 297 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day and 45 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 4/7/2010 2:14 PM

Very good.  Fight those cravings by keeping busy, drink lots of water, chew gum, whatever helps you.  Stay strong and commit to the quit.  You are doing it!!!!!

Well Mr Crabby Cravings you will probably have been quit 12 days by the time you get this.  Doing well, hang in there.  Does get easier.
