Hello MY QSJ Friends:


I have been quit for 3 Weeks, 5 hours, 15 minutes and 47 seconds (21 days). I have saved $143.22 by not smoking 636 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Days and 5 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 4/7/2010 2:00 Pm

My sense of smell has returned and I can smell cigarette
smoke from a mile away...and it stinks!

Way to go - I was constantly checking my quit meter in the first few weeks - it is so fun to watch the #s grow!

I have been quit for 1 Month, 5 Days, 2 hours, 11 minutes and 15 seconds. I have saved $288.72 by not smoking 721 cigarettes. I have saved 5 Days, 12 hours and 11 minutes of my life.

Very cool! That first month is almost done. It get so much easier but never let your guard down because you never know when that nicodemon decides to raise his ugly head and tempt you.  Way to go!!!!

i always felt that 3 weeks was an important milestone because i read somewhere that a habit is made/broken after 3 weeks. the addiction is stil there, of course, but it can be managed as long as you don't waver.
