Great list Holly
I had to laugh because I liked
your comments about being a
"real grandma"
I'm grandma to 2 dogs too!
It will be interesting because the
2 dogs have been spoiled rotten lol.
It will be so fun to have a little girl to spoil!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful posts in my journal-your points are well taken and I agree having community (in vivo) would be of great help to me as well. I am sorry to learn of your condition, the great think is this...as with any mood or negative life event you might consider that it's not the event in and of iteself that causes the distress, but rather one's interpretation/meaning assigned to the event that will impact behaviors and emotions! Evaluate your thinking and it will impact your mood "are my thoughts accurate, helpful, what evidence supports/refutes my beliefs, etc!" You might find a more adaptive statement is to follow from being a detective in your own mind :-) Thanks bunches!

This is a great list. And you know, I NEVER watched Idol in my life until I saw that Steven Tyler was one of the judges. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a reality TV bum the last couple months! lolol

It is one of the few shows I watch regularly, have now added The XFactor love that one too, I always wanted to be a singing star and just love music and singing alot...studied music for many years.  I like Dancin w/the stars from time to time but I mostly am a movie watcher only.
