Hi To Everyone at QSJ.....! .gif)
I haven't been around lately....and/or at least posting....mostly read a few journals daily and say a prayer for everyone here at QSJ....Yesterday....Cami wrote in my journal looking for me....Thanks a Bunch Cami....and Babs called the house while she had sometime checking on me....Thanks Babs....and Betsy emailed....missing me....Thank you Betsy, Well.....it is nothing serious ... but I have been sick with allergies and sinus for over 2 weeks....and Doctored on my own....until last week....I was so dizzy ... that my head vibrated....and I ended up with a bad...bad...."Panic attack" when driving last week....the worse in 7 years....I muddled along the last few days....feeling bad about my attack and then feeling sicker as the days past .... I went to see the Doctor this morning....I have a sinus infection and upper respratory infection....antibiotic and cough meds prescribed and of course continued use of my inhaler....(the thing that happened after quitting smoking....developed asthma)....a reminder of my past addiction....anyways....rest, fluids and meds ... and then I must go back to Doctors on Friday again for my lungs to be checked....hmmmmm??? That constant fearful ... thing....the lungs....and yes...yes....I was a smoker in the past....well....at least I have done the best thing for me....and Quit....so ... as Judy often says...."it is what it is..." hopefully all will be better in a few days.....
Please know that each of you are always close in my Heart....and I wish I could sprinkle some fairy dust on each of you and let you know...Life no matter what.....is so much better without the smokes....So Hang in there....and Fight the Fight....
And know...I will be back to Help out at QSJ .... but for now....I am going to do the thing that is the hardest for me....but I give as advice to everyone else....I am going to ~
Take Care of Me....!

Sweet lady...hope you feel better soon. Good that you have the meds. As for the anxiety....ugh! I have that problem myself. I know first hand what you deal with when it hits. Take care of you. Sending you a big hug.
