In particular ----------- today Iam thankful for Stephen Tyler and Aerosmith -----
Rock ON!!! So glad that they ironed out their differences and were able to come together again- 40 years together !!!
I went to see them last night on their Global Warming Tour.....

A M A Z I N G
They were tight musically and physically............makes you look at 64 years old in a whole new way...Stephen is 64 and Joe Perry is 61 and they are in great shape ( after re-hab in the 80's or 90's !)............it was so great to see ...iot was a sold out crowd of over 13,000 and the crowd also rocked the house....
My BF even said that if I were to run away with anyone , if it was Steve Tyler he would understand LOL!!!!
So today I am so tired - they really need to limit concerts for us older folks on a weekend night - I was up way past my bedtime - hahahhahahahha-
so today I am thankful for music and the joy it brings into our lives .....

I was never a fan of Aerosmith until I watched an Oprah show featuring Stephen Tyler at his home. I became so intrigued that I then watched American Idol this year for the first time ever because he is one of the judges. I've thought about my attraction to him a lot, and I think it is the way he carries himself--the self confidence of his spirit--that I find so appealing. He's got guts. He stumbled over his words a lot in Idol, but he just kept going.
He's an example for all of us to never give up...to keep swimming (as Heidi pointed out one day). Just keep on keeping on.
Outstanding that you got to see them in concert :)
