Beautiful Saturday morning here and I have exciting news - I am moving house !!
We have not been looking hard , more like grazing houses for sale , hoping something might come up with fewer stairs , perhaps out of the city but still within striking distance- I am 5 min drive from work now and would not like a long 1 hour drive or anything like that....
So Wednesday I found this little jewel - and seems like I have gone and bought it !! hahahhahah
It is 20 min drive to work and on protected Hertiage lands , so no large developments are allowed in my direct area I am moving - right by the Credit River ( 2 min walk) and surrounded by conservation areas ( ok and to the west suburbia ) ....it is also on a dead end street ( little traffic)......
From the minute I saw this house , it was like destiny hit me and it was almost like everything was happening on its own .....and it happened so fast - by Wed night we had a offer in - and now once it passes home inspection it will have the all clear to move forward with the purchase .

So since this was totally unplanned I am now going to be clearing out my house to get it ready for a quick sale . The homes in my area go quickly so I am hoping this will be the case since I bought without it being conditional on the sale of my property !!!
I am also "a bit" of a pack rat so this is going to be fun and a challenge.
I am not sure I would have been doing this as a smoker - I may have been smoking in the morning instead of cruising the real estate site while having my coffee.

Congratulations! It's adorable. You sound like me, "cruising the real estate listings." I LOVE to do that! I'm trying to find a good compromise for what I want and what hubby wants, some huge differences there. Good luck with the sale and the move. It looks like a sweet place!
