So many times, I think to make an entry but I am the cyber equivalent of being tongue tied. Either I am wondering something on a "wrong" day or else I have things on my mind that might be light years away from the subject of quitting smoking.
Instead, I try to remember to note when I can or to congratulate someone or just check in occasionally on old friends.
Today, I find myself with something apropos to say.
Today, I quit smoking some eight years ago. :):):)

Ha! RYN about staying out late the night before. Not so much that but the night before the night before was the killer. Thursday and Friday were good party nights. We would have stayed out later on Saturday but had to get up at 4:30 on Sunday.
We did have a good time with you and Jet, as short as it was.

this is BIG news Debbie - Do you know how many of us would love to be where you are - I can tell you - when I am eight years quit - I will be singing and dancing - Truly an inspiration to those just starting this journey. By the way, according to the nurse I was speaking to last week you are now officially a NON-SMOKER - (seven years according to her!!!)
