 Happy 4th of July (almost)

Let us celebrate our freedoms everyday, not just on the 4th.

I saw in Quit Dates there was no one celebrating quitting on the 3rd, that is ok we each celebrate every day we choose to be smokefree.

Come on those of you still sitting on the edge of the quit pool, JUMP ON in ! the water can be cold at first but you get used to it pretty soon and it is a beautiful place to be. It is also easier to swim without gasping for breath.

Congrats to all whom I have missed lunaversaries for. Keep on keepin' on.

We are back in CO after time in AZ (Grand Canyon )  and Utah. My twin sister and her husband are arriving today sometime and we will go down to one of their son's for the 4th tomorrow; the biggest family gathering of this summer. It will be great.
Tonight we will ride a train into Denver to watch a fireworks show and hear music. I hope it will be fantastic live (I usually just watch them on TV when I am home) even though I have been warned there will be LOTS of people and I don't usually like crowds. If I get stressed, I will massage my ears and breathe IN thru my nose. You can do that also to help yourself thru craves.

Enjoy whatever you do and whomever you are with tomorrow.
