I thought that the title would get your attention.

As alot of you know, I could not get through the weekends the first few months of my quit without smoking.

I have now beaten that weekend demon and know that this weekend I will not be smoking.  I am proud to say, I have I LICKED the weekend smoker syndrome.

It was amazing how 4 days  on a house boat, out in the middle of a lake, with 12 people that do not smoke, can help your quit.  I had a great time and not haveing access to cigs over the weekend was an added benifit.  That $200 was the best money I ever spent in my quest to quit.

Well now, your title DID get my attention! Congrats on your weekend success. A house boat sounds so relaxing. I have not been to the lake at all this summer. Last weekend I climbed the walls wanting to smoke. I hope this weekend is a little better. We'll see.......... Take care:0)

It is great to read that you have beaten the weekend craves, but where on earth did you find 12 people who are all none smokers? ~ Do you have your own no smoking club happening!

Sure you got our attention, naughty boy!  Yes, you proved you can do this, so let's see you keep it up!  So glad you found my post appropriate, and printed it and gave it out.  It makes me feel good to think that we mere humans can sometimes make a difference in other people's lives.  Take care my friend.  Judy

Thanks for your note and good for you for making it through the weekend!!!  Relaxing on a houseboat sounds like the perfect way to avoid the nasty nico%@#^%!
