License renewed !!!

Hi there,

Last week I had a CT scan of the abdomen to check for eventual meta's.  Today I had to see my doctor for the results and the annual checkup on my bladder.
- the scan did NOT show any meta's
- the inspection of my bladder by the doctor showed a VERY STABLE inner lining with no signs at all of a new tumor. The doctor confirmed me even that the scar of the removal of the previous tumor was only still barely visible.

So he renewed my license "GOOD FOR SERVICE" for another year.

According to the stats that apply to my situation, the chance on recurrency of the tumor within 5 years has now decreased to 47 % and the chance on an agressive metastase is 17 %.
My doctor was very satisfied with this situation and you don't hear me complain either.

So with this license in the pocket, up to next year ...

EXCELLENT! But I'm envious! I very glad for you, Harry. I know how good you feel about it. Chances are getting better all the time.

Thank you for your b'day wishes and for your kind note.

How wonderful to be able to speak all those languages!!  I loved what you wrote in the b'day journal. I can speak a little Spanish ,French and Italian..but only just to ask for silly things like 'where is the toilet and can we have 2 coffees please lol.
