I am slowly getting on with my daily life. Today was a bit rough had to go pick up Dad's remains.. On a lighter side pun intended I bought a brand new treadmill today got a good deal. It was 70% off so I got it for 439.00 dollars. hence the lighter side. I have decided that when I get angry or just down in the dumps I will work out and lose weight at the same time. KTQ

Hopefully you don't mind my two cents worth.....I pray that you'll find peace and focus on remembering the "good" days. I sincerly think he would want you to remember the happy times and not the more difficult ones.
(Someone told me this long ago, when my Grandmother passed. Her last days weren't good. When they told me this, it made me look at things a little differently and helped me tremendously.)
I will keep you in my prayers. Be careful with the treadmill. Don't want you to overdo it!

I am thinking of you this morning. How's the treadmill thingie going? I am back at the gym a few times a week and trying to ride my bike...but somehow my sciatica flared up again, I think from the bike :( I'll give it a few more days and try the bike again to see if that is what it is.
