Wanted to give a hello to everyone today.
I sort of remembered that I have not been around so much
today.
I still can't figure out why my iPad will not take my messages to you???
I cranked up "ole Bessie" today just so I could give you an update.
I have now switched from sitting at the computer to the ipad and from
the gym to aquatic exercise.
I can already see the difference.
The water temp is around high 80's to 90 degrees
and it makes all the difference to me with my
degenerative spine problem.
I am not going to give in to this.
Just like I did not let Nico win.
My wishes are that anyone that wants to quit bad enough will stay
determined and stay here for
some help.
I see a few people that really are here for you.
Take advantage of this as I did after smoking for 46 years.
