I never got one of those meters,
but I most certainly keep track of how many days...
today is day
1578
of this,,,,my first and final quit
so 1578 days X 2 packs a day, = 3156 packs not smoked
that comes to 63,120 cigarettes not smoked
and at just $4 a pack,,that would be
$12.624.00
not spent on cigarettes
So,,,,,,Monday is Lily's 4th birthday
She will be leaving on a trip, to California
which will end (with a surprise) at Disneyland
She is of course my inspiration to quit smoking
she is my 13th grandchild,,,and the only one
who has never seen me smoke
so stay strong,,,protect your quit
build your stats and save your life

WTG Peter, that's great, I don't keep track of my stats either, all's I know is that I was two packs a day most of the time and I always figured at least $10 a day...I don't feel the strain and panicky need to find money to supply my habit...I love that, and I feel so much more justified about splurging on dinner out, a new coffee pot or doggy toys when I have my spending buying urges!!
