Yep yep! I'm doing a Peter d today, keeping on keeping on! Tallying up those days.
1000 days went by without me noticing, and that's the coolest thing. No more counting the hours and rubbing my ears!
So to the new quitters, hang in there, before you know the hooks are dislodged, and you can't believe that you did something so stupid once, and that it was so difficult to break the habit.
Life without smoking is better in every way. Thank you to this site, and the people on it for helping me realise that.
