Well, I was back here this morning to do my quit dates, and read all your notes on my last post, and just wanted to pop in and say hi and tell you I am alive and well.
It has been an exceptionally hot month here in SA, the humidity has actually been quite unbearable. Olive picking has started and I am going to be very very busy over the next few weeks picking them! We are hopeful that we just may get around 600 kg's plus of olives this year! Really inspiring seen as though last year, we probably only got around 50 kgs!
Back on the smokes again BUT planning my next quit. Funny enough, I know exactly what my pitfalls are with falling off the quit wagon time and time again. Like Tashia said in one of her posts - you just have to keep at it - finding a different route up the mountain...
