Have been away on holidays  and been trying to catch up at work for the last week so haven't been around for a while. Could hardly believe it has been 507 days of freedom form my worst enemy. When I began this journey every minute was a victory now today I rarely think about it. But I never let my guard down as I know I am only a puff away from a pack a day. So to all those who are just beginning this journey or to those who are thinking about quitting again remember this journey is not easy but is so doable if you truly believe in yourself and under no circumstance do you ever take even one puff.  N.O.P.E is the only way to bet this addiction. Hope everyone has a great smoke free weekend . Disney Weekend

I would have thought you knew the rule...

You are not allowed to come to Vegas without calling me
I am only a few minutes from Sam's Town
and we could have had a cup of coffee
or a sandwich,,,together
As far as recommendations of a place to stay
I have no idea, on this side of town
there is the Fiesta, (where my bride works)
Sunset Station, and Sam's Town
never heard anything bad about any of them

over 500 days,,,wow how time flies
not so fast in the beginning, but when we look back
on it ,,,,, it seems like a lifetime ago

Good to know that there will be many days ahead where smoking is not a thought- I have a terrible time around 3 months which is where I am now and I know there is peace on the other side of the struggle...

You sound GREAT !!! So proud of you for over 507 days not smoking!!! WHHOOHOOO!!
