Judy, I want you to know I emailed Earl this morning to let him know somehow your quit date got deleted. Heavens, this is very important. You were diagnosed with lung cancer and quit smoking 12/3/04 (over 7 years ago) and you are now cancer free. Praise God for your strength and your victory.  And God bring you a happy, healthy, wonderful new year.

And to all of us, the very same. I didn't even stay up til midnight -- had worked hard yesterday -- went to bed at 10 but my inner clock worked, I woke up 4 minutes of 12, turned on the TV and watched the ball drop, watched people celebrating in Times Square and then went snoozing again.

Resolutions: hmmmm, thinking here. I usually make way too many resolutions and can't keep up and don't succeed with them. So this year, fewer resolutions and greater resolve.
#1) lose weight by getting to the Y. Keep exercise log and write in it daily!!
#2) working on becoming vegan, eliminating all animal products from my diet, this is highly recommended by some doctors for those who are diabetic.
#3) think thin, think thin and then again, think thin!!

all for this bright and sunny morning!
love, charry lou

ps thanks a lot sherri. you told me something awful would happen if my house wasn't clean by midnight. Well, bring it on. I was too tired, went to sleep soon as I got home. What exactly was that dire prediction? lol

Judy....your name is on the Quit Dates list.  I checked it yesterday.  Used to be that if someone didn't post within a three month period their name would be removed assuming they'd left QSJ.  I have not been doing this because I feel like everyone needs to be recognized just in case they do drop back by.  In addition, the list isn't too big so it allows us to keep everyone at this time.  I apologize that you were deleted.  I hope that you had a good New Year.  You are in my thoughts and prayers!

LOL @ Charry Lou!!!  The old saying is if your house is dirty at the New Year then it will be dirty ALL year.  I didn't get to finish mine either.  I babysat my nieces son that's a year old and he wore me slap out!  He's all boy and I had to run after him every second!  Literally!  I didn't even have the energy to make dinner.  Feel asleep after he left and woke up just before midnight.  So.....I'm finishing up today.  LOL

Happy New Year my friend!  The boyfriends back in town, but I will tell him NO SMOKING around me!  Praying for only the best for ya.  Enjoyed laughing with you the other night!  Luv ya lots!  (((hugs)))

Sherri

Quit date: March 22, 2010

I confess....I'm the one who added Joppettes name back
I saw your post earlier and thought I'd save Earl and
Sherri the time by doing it myself.
Anyway.....
