Hi my screen name name is Annorad, I have been smoking for 12 years.
I am now smoking none brand and 0 cigarettes per day,
at my worst I was smoking Camel Lights brand and 15 cigarettes per day.
I want to quit smoking because I want to get pregnant in the next year..
I started when I was 16 years old and have tried to quit 4 times before.

Cold turkey 1 1

I am currently using the patch and 750 mg of niacin at night.

 You’ve made such a smart decision.  The people here will give you great suggestions and a lot of support.  I spent a lot of time here when I first quit.  I would not have made it without QSJ. 

It’s not easy but it is so worth the effort.  Hang in there.  We will be here to help you.

We will all be here for you every step of the way. One day at a time.....don't smoke...just for today. Good luck. Come to this site often and read alot. it really helped me those first few days.Just reading other peoples stories makes you feel not alone in this battle.
