And still doing very well.
I know for a fact that I'm DONE with smoking FINALLY!
This one will be my forever quit.
After trying and searching, I've finally found the way
that works for me.
I don't even think about smoking these days.
So I guess I've finally found that 'Peace' that so
many of you talk about!
And I'm very very happy to have finally arrived
at that spot!
I'm heading to VA come Saturday morning, to
help my Mom who is having a knee replacement
surgery on the 19th. So I'll be in Va for three weeks.
Hope I don't forget to do quit dates while I'm there! lol!
That's about all that's new around here.
Totally LOVING this weather we're having, aren't you?
One of the nicest Winter's I believe I've ever had!
And oh yes, I don't wear a watch either!
Unless I'm going out some where, and then it's
mostly as a jewelry accessory more than a necessity.
My clock now reads:
I've been quit for 39 Days, 2 Hours, 36 Minutes.
I've saved $523.00 by NOT smoking 1955 cigarettes!
I've found something else to do for the 9,775 minutes I would
have been smoking. I've NOT ingested 11,730 mg of tar, and
9,755 mg of CO. And who knows how much of all the other stuff
that's in cigarettes! Back in my day, I used to smoke those
Carlton 100's. I've also saved 6 Days, 19 Hours of my life!
But I think the real 'Topper' to all of this is the
FREEDOM I feel from finally getting off cigarettes!
I chose freedom on: 2~3~12
The only difference between try & triumph is the 'umph' You put into it!
