My books have arrived. It's study time!!
I sat last night and put together my time table. Realising how much free time I actually have is shocking!!!
What do I do with all that time?? What have I done with all that time in the past?
It's an eye opener for sure!
Well now that the schedule is done and I have a plan I feel alot more in control. It's like when I decided to stop smoking. I wrote down my reasons why I should vs shouldn't. I found a journal - QSJ - as I knew I wasn't going to sit and write in a journal daily. But I knew the importance of journaling. I found support - QSJ. I saw my doctor and got the best help for me. Once I had a plan I was in control.
The other thing I need to get rid of now is alcohol. It seems alcohol is the next demon I need to conquer as it's the trigger to smoking.

But here's to another smoke free day. An hour of study in my lunch break. And definately no Alcohol.

if we figured out how long it took to smoke a cigarette
and multiplied that by how many we smoked a day
we would be amazed at how much extra time we have now
