Hi To Everyone at QSJ...

I was reading "Sweetsurrender's" post and it got me thinking...uh-oh...lol...

She mentioned that she felt she had nothing to offer...esp since she went back to smoking....and I want to offer some advice from someone that has been at QSJ for about 6 years..."Me".... It is so important not to just write posts, but to write to others....a simple "hello" and "have a great day" means so much to many here at QSJ....I remember in the beginning of my Quit...I rec'd so many reply's to my post....whether it had to do with smoking or not...it made me feel so good....which I needed in the beginning of my Quit....so if you feel like you have nothing to offer....

~ You do....

Each of us ... can touch another's Life, just by a simple "Hello...Or I care"....

Have a Beautiful day....!

I have a huge heart and I will offer that every day whether I smoke or not but for today I have been given a new day and a second chance because I've passed all of my pre op exams so I'm grabbing ahold of another quit and I'm running with it.  I have alot of reading to do lol. 

Thank you so much for showing me that I'm worthy of being here whether I'm on or off a quit.  I'll never give up.

 I am just so jazzed that it is now light outside when I go to work! When did this happen? Isn't our little world a beautiful place?

I can kinda remember how awful it felt to smoke when it was hot...well, I didn't like it anyway.

I still love getting notes. I think we all like the attention whether we are new to our quit or not. and yes just stopping in to say "Hi" makes one feel good.

RYN: It was a crazy day!!! The police were at our house three times and patroling the street all night...the culprits have not been caught so we are thinking they might be back...several neighbors were shot at but we suffered the most damage..the police think it is some kids and random...I am so p***** about my car..we have been trying to get all the glass out...grrrrrr....

I am on day 8 of the new med and there is some improvement unfortunately I am running out of the meds and the new order has not arrived yet. Plus I go on vacation today

You Know I really am afraid but I am trying hard to be positive and not let any negative thoughts surface or stay prominent..it's funny how my own cancer seems so insignificant compared to my childs..Thank you for all of your continued support..it is appreciated more than you know..
