Thanks so much for the support that all of you gave me. When I think back how hard it was that first year and how different my life is now ... I'm so blessed to finally know that it's okay to cry sometimes, be careful what I say when I'm angry and to love with all of my heart!

I'm still amazed that I am doing this sometimes....Ozzy thanks for the beautiful butterfly...Thanks for the big 10, Sherri ! ! .Pattie .. We are still doing this.. and the feeling is great! Eve, you made me smile .. I'm so glad that we are in this line up of being great quiters... We got Betsy and Pattie right on the trail not to mention so many others that made it with us....Roxanne, we still get inspired every day watching you guys beginning your quits that lead into months then you start counting off your years!
To all you newbies out there... you are in the right place to find lots of support! I can't believe that I've really have made it 10 years! I was one of those smokers that gave up cigs kicking and screaming. I had no idea that it was going to be one of the best changes I made in my life. Through prayer and leaning on my Savior Jesus Christ helped me to with so many long days! This has been and still is an amazing journey. I just wish i had quit earlier in my life. I've learned that we can't change the mistakes we made in the past but with lots prayers and learning to trust yourself... God knew it all along.. I just didn't listen..
