i guess i forgot to put in a subject when i did the post last evening and as a consequence you could not access this entry except by opening my journal. it was suggested i copy and paste so here it is.........
Again it has been a long time since I haave been here. I am hopeful I can be here more. We still can not get highspeed on the desktop but I have this little smartphone that works way faster than the old dial-up. I just started my 7th year of no smoking.I continue to be amazed by this cause when I started this journey I smoked around 65 smokes a day. It was not easy to quit but it was worth it. If I can quit - so can you. Never give up!

Great to see you back.
Indeed when I tried to respond to your post, it turned out to be little difficult without a subject line.
Hmmm...sometimes I go through periods of my life where there's no subject line. LOL
Seven years of not smoking is awesome!

I've been thinking of you, and I'm glad you stopped in to let us know how you are. What a wonderful example to all the new ones: 7 whole years! That's wonderful :) "When you quit, your forevers will come to you."
