Hi everyone,

Been MIA for awhile but I am sneaking up on my 5 year anniversary and planning some things for that special day with my hubby who quit with me.

I just want to let everyone who is starting their journey.... we were all YOU at one point.   We were nervous, anxious, doubtful and hopeful all at once.  Quitting brings to light so many things that have hid behind a screen of smoke.  Reality is hard with no crutch sometime, but millions of people do it everyday, they just learn to channel their feelings to something else.
Stay strong, read every single positive and negative thing!  From those standing up and those falling down again!
It will help you understand much of what your experiencing and help you feel like you are in good company. Most of all be determined to quit and let nothing stand in your way of freedom.

Best to you all and hope all of you are happy and healthy!
