Day 12 is pretty much gone and I'm sitting here listening to the QSJ music and feel something that I can't quite put a finger on. Content, No, I don't think that's it. Serene, Yes! Serene is what I feel right now! An inner calm, an inner peace, An inner piece of me that has been missing or misplaced and without illusion's of grandeur, I sit here calmly looking inside myself asking question's, expecting no answer's but finding them at the same time...My brother had a picture once, I think it was in Arkansas over-looking a river with the sun coming up, It was beautiful. I would like to find that place some day and just sit down and watch the day go by. This is also beautiful, this music. I can't remember who suggested going here but I think it migh have been Desert Chic, I'm not sure but I'm not disappointed... Well, I guess that's it for now.

Yes, that was me!  I found so much solace there on Friday night.  Thank you for the reminder...if you read my post from earlier today, it's obvious that I need to go back to the relaxing music.  I'm still holding on to my quit and I'm glad I didn't give it up.  Your post here gives me new inner strength too.
I'd rather be an ex smoker with the occasional desire to smoke than be a smoker with the constant desire to stop doing it.
