Part of me is slightly ashamed to be posting that I interupted my last quit. Part of me is happy to be able to post that I am back to nonsmoker as of last night.
I could come up with 100 excuses as to why I started smoking again, but honestly, it doesn't matter. What does matter is that I am here right now as a quitter.
Slip ups can happen, but guess what??? It's okay, you can grab hold of the reigns and control the direction of your life.
As for the year plus that I had been a nonsmoker....I don't look at it as a waste..... I look at it as normal......these past almost two months of smoking, they have been the waste!!
I don't even feel like this is going to be a struggle this time. I am actually relieved. I hated everything about being a smoker and I can't say that I found one thing to like about it.
I do want this quit to be different. I want to be healthier this time......more on that later.......I have a little one calling.....
I hope that everyone is doing well!!
I don't smoke anymore because I don't want to be a smoker!!
