Well I have a day off of work, so I wanted to check in.

I maybe didn't get to each individual journal but know that I am thinking of each and every one of us - sending us all positive energy!!!

I am starting Day 4 and just taking it one day at a time on one hand, remembering how fast I would and could be a full blown smoker if I start with "just one" again, and trying to focus on other things so I don't obsess over it.

So for today balance will be my motto....a little work, a little play to enjoy my day as a non-smoker   (and a nap if I need it)

I may be going to see my new great nephew (2 1/2 weeks old)  glad I won't smell like smoke to hold him....babies smell so wonderful!!!
