Today is Tuesday, what I want to share today is that I am dumbfounded, and shocked that I painted a picture in watercolor last night of a vase of flowers and it's actually pretty good.  I can't draw much, I took the class more for fun, for myself.  My daughter, on the other hand is tremendously talented and draws crazily good, so I did it to encourage and enhance her art and for me just for fun....but WOW...I actually did a painting of something you can recognize and it's good....even everyone in the class was ewwing and ahhing over it, I am still stunned!!!!!!!!

It was fun.  I'm so glad I took the class with my daughter.  She amazed me with what she did.  She took right away to mixing up colors no one told her how.  She painted five or six paintings (we both did) and all of her's were amazing!  She gives me goosebumps the way she goes at art....it just sheds off of her in layers.  She is extremely artistically talented...it's her niche'.

It was a lovely evening and a really nice day having my niece and brother here visiting.  They will leave later today and I am thankful and grateful they have been here for such a nice long visit.  I'm especially glad my brother got the chance to have a nice long visit with his daughter, it warms my heart and makes me feel really good that in some small way I had something to do with that.  I love my brother, flaws and all and he doesn't have much, so it kinda felt like I gave him a gift and it didn't cost a dime, it was a love gift...the best kind!

Peace and love to you all today.  God bless and keep you and fight for your quit!

I am glad you are embracing this time with your daughter.
That, to me, is far more important than
the actual artwork,,,,,that  is a bonus.

I have to agree with Peter.  You are making memories that will last a lifetime.  In the grand scheme of things, that's what matters the most!

So glad you had fun!  Can't wait to see more of your paintings.
