Well first of all my friend that I wrote about last did die. She was Stage IV and fought her heart out. She lost the battle on Monday night. On Tuesdaay I learned that I have two tumors in my right upper lobe. The first one doubled in size since my last CT scan. The other just popped up out of the blue. He is 6mm.....Good news is that both are mm size, not CM size. The other good news is that they are both in the same lobe.
My PET scan is Monday. Surgery will be scheduled shortly after that. Depending on the results of the PET scan, they may do a partial lobectomy. Or not. It just depends. Whether I need more chemo or radiation depends on the results of the tests..
So...what do I say? I don't even know where to begin.
I'll deal with this the best I can. I hope this helps others to quit this addiction that kills. I'll be back when I know more.
I will say that is awful news and I am so sorry you have to walk that path again -
Judy I will be praying for you and hope that they can get this cancer gone .......Hang in there - I am grateful you have a lot of support in your life to help you....Sending prayers and peaceful, positive thoughts your way

Hang in there, Judy, it is hard to find words that might be of comfort, but we love you and will all be praying.

It is hard to find the words but you have battled this dragon once before and won. This time you go in with previous battle knowledge. I do send you all the prayers and positive vibes to help you get through this.
