Today is my 3 month quitaversary !!

I have no wise words , I am just grateful to be 92 days quit - 1200 cancer sticks not smoked ....

Yesterday I noticed my hair still smelled wonderful at the end of the day ....that would not have happened if I had been smoking ... I would have been trying to "de-smoke" myself before heading up to bed..... maybe a small thing , but I try each day to be grateful for something little that I like about NOT smoking...

I follow those who have walked the path ahead of me- day 92 is just the day after 91 and the day before 93 and today is a day I am choosing to not smoke...and so it goes...

2 years ago I lost a almost 5 month quit because I forgot the big lie, the lie about "just one"....not this time I am on guard for that lie , and when the addiction rears its ugly head or
it peeks around the corner to see if there is a chance, and I just walk the other way-- day by day....LOL  and DFS and NOPE...

and you will SMOKE until you QUIT.......

Thanks for the support folks, much appreciated.....

Way to go.  Yep, the problem with just one is just one is never enough.  We learn so much from our previous quits.  The important thing is we learn.  Congratulations to you.
The first two weeks of your quit will be the hardest thing you do in your life unless you must quit again. Not one puff! --Janet--

thumbs up

I am so proud of you!
I cranked up ole Bessie for you.

A friend called today saying that CNN had a doctor talking on addiction and smoking
was one of them.
He said that the 3 month and 3 year period was a danger zone.
I started the gum with my cocktails at 3 months.

Hold on to what you got girl!!!
You are doing great!

PS... I can only do the emcons with my ipad.
At least you can type words.
