Quitting often is a rollercoaster, meaning your feelings go from high up to deep down. We want to give you some extra support for the moments you feel down and stressed. Below you find a list of Quit Smoking Journal members, from all over the world, who you can contact by email when you need urgent help, support or personal attention on days that you are struggeling with your quit.
